COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lintech Motion 42438 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Malcom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Load-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Malcom such as the MS9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSLV0008S1004EXNNS manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PBC2100 by Manufacturer Load-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand HPV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Louis-Allis such as 46S016610031 equipment made by Louis-Allis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Louis-Allis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Louis-Allis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3408617841 made by Marposs as well as the popular Z252M0100180 original spares produced by Makino Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDA32008C30 by Lust and 46S016610031 spares by Louis-Allis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VF1202SFBG10M3B14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lti. |
